We value your time and the time of our artists. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy below.
- 24-Hour Notice: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
- No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a fee equal to 100% of the service cost.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
